Coconut & Mango Pops

No need to buy paddle pops again. My kids have voted these healthy treats absolute winners!


Coconut & Mango Pops

Serves 6

INGREDIENTS

150ml coconut cream
150ml thick Greek yoghurt
2 tsp maple syrup
1 mango, peeled and fleshed pureed with a blender

 DIRECTIONS

Whisk together the coconut cream, Greek yoghurt and maple syrup and set aside.

Spoon a tablespoon of mango and then top with coconut cream mix. Or, get creative – stripey ones of layered mango and coconut would look amazing!

Set in freezer for a few hours or until set.
