Hemp and Date Energy Bites

Serves many

INGREDIENTS

200g raw cashews
150g medjool dates (pips removed)
1 tbs hemp seeds
2 heaped tbsp smooth peanut butter

DIRECTIONS

Blitz the cashews in a food processor then add the dates, hemp seeds and peanut butter and blend until the mixture is cohesive. Roll into balls and store in the fridge.
